Australian tennis star Nick Kyrgios is having one of his better runs of his career at this year’s Wimbledon tournament.

After disposing of a lesser opponent in three sets on Wednesday, Kyrgios finds himself starring down a semifinal match against noted legend, Rafael Nadal, later in the week.

But away from the court, Nick Kyrgios is dealing with some issues. Prior to the quarterfinal win, it was revealed that one of Nick’s ex-girlfriends plans to open a lawsuit after she alleged the tennis star pushed her.

After the win on Wednesday, Nick Kyrgios was asked about the domestic violence charge, and he opted against talking about the matter.

Nick Kyrgios would then seem to make a joke comparing his situation to the Michael Jordan “The Last Dance” docuseries.

“I feel like I’m in ‘The Last Dance,'” Kyrgios said laughing after leaving the practice courts and surrounded by reporters.

When the reports originally came out, Nick Kyrgios’ lawyer maintained that the tennis star takes the allegations ‘very seriously’.

“It’s in the context of a domestic relationship,” Kyrgios’ attorney, Jason Moffett, told The Canberra Times of the case. “The nature of the allegation is serious, and Mr. Kyrgios takes the allegation very seriously.”

Nick Kyrgios’ semifinal match is currently scheduled for Friday.
