Chicago Bulls star Zach LaVine has been waiting a long time for a competitive basketball team, and it could be coming sooner rather than later.

The Bulls decided to put their foot on the gas pedal to accelerate their rehab this offseason, and when free agency began, they were ready.

Chicago landed Lonzo Ball, Alex Caruso and Demar DeRozan within a 24 hour span after the free agency period began on Monday afternoon. And fans are ready for the team to dig themselves out of the gutter of the Eastern Conference.

Zach LaVine took notice of all the moves second-year president Arturas Karnisovas is making in order to build around his talents while he enjoys the Tokyo Olympics as a member of Team USA.

On Tuesday night, LaVine took to social media to send his message.

It sure looks like Zach LaVine approves of the moves the Bulls have made over the past two days.

Perhaps the next move for Karnisovas is to lock up LaVine for the foreseeable future.

An extension appears to be in the works for Zach LaVine whether it happens this Summer or the next. When asked about it, LaVine said he wanted his next deal to show ‘respect’ but he also might be willing to leave money on the table if it means building a better team around him.

Either way, it’s time for LaVine and the Bulls to start winning.
