NFL prospect Trevor Lawrence married Marissa Mowry on April 10th, 2021, a couple weeks prior to the NFL draft. Lawrence is expected to go first overall to the Jacksonville Jaguars and it seems like Jaguars fans have already taken to welcoming their potential draft pick by sending him gifts from their wedding registry.

In light of the gifts received, Lawrence and wife Marissa announced via his Twitter that the two will be donating $20K to charities in Jacksonville.

Lawrence has been the face of media critics over the last couple days as he reportedly skipped rehab sessions to get married last weekend. He is also taking flack for his interview done with Sports Illustrated that was titled: “Trevor Lawrence Is Out To Prove Absolutely Nothing”.

Lawrence went on to post via his Twitter a personal response to everyone who doubts his work ethic:

All signs have pointed towards the Jacksonville Jaguars taking Trevor Lawrence with the first overall pick and while many may not like his demeanor, he has looked like a special talent throughout his whole college career.
