Tom Brady Reportedly Tried to Get Bill Belichick Replaced In New England

According to a former player, Robert Kraft told Bill Belichick that he better win a Super Bowl without Tom Brady after letting the QB out the door

There is no love lost between Tom Brady and Bill Belichick.

Now we’re finding out some pretty damning info about Tom Brady, and just how far he was willing to go in order to stay in New England. Sports Illustrated insider Albert Breer dropped a riveting story about Tom Brady and the New England Patriots.

According to Breer, Brady wanted the Patriots to force out Bill Belichick and replace him with Bill O’Brien as the team’s new head coach.

“I think the ship has sailed on there being a coaching change now,” Breer said. “If it were up to [Brady] out of the coaches who were still available: Bill O’Brien.”

“That’s who was going to be the head coach, that’s who Tom Brady helped line up as the head coach if he won the power struggle with Bill Belichick in 2017. If Belichick was outta there, after everything that happened in 2017, I’m telling you Bill O’Brien would have been the head coach.”

It makes you wonder just where Tom would be if he got his way.

Clearly Pats owner Robert Kraft chose Belichick over him. Hard to argue with his decision.
