Social Media Reacts To Tom Brady Announcing He Is Returning

Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Rob Gronkowski sent a hilarious message to Tom Brady after admitting that he never watches film prior to games

Tom Brady announced Sunday that he will be returning to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for his 23rd season.

Brady “retired” earlier this off-season, but decided that he wasn’t quite ready to hang up his cleats and watch the game from the stands.

Brady stated that “These past two months I have realized my place is still on the field and not in the stands. That time will come. But it’s not now.”

It’s incredible news for Bucs fans, but one Tom Brady fan may be a little annoyed. Earlier this weekend Tom Brady’s final touchdown pass to Mike Evans in the Divisional Playoff game was auctioned off for $518,000.

One hopes that the person who just bought the ball had a clause that if Brady did return that he would be able to get a refund, but you wouldn’t expect it to be the case.

Social media had fun posting their thoughts on Brady’s return.

One has to think that Rob Gronkowski is going to ink another one-year contract with Tampa Bay after Brady announced his return.

The GOAT is returning.
