The Los Angeles Dodgers Had The Best Way To Determine Their Fantasy Football Draft Order

ATLANTA, GA Ð AUGUST 16: Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Cody Bellinger (35) shrugs back to the dugout after his long drive did not go over the wall during the MLB game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Atlanta Braves on August 16th, 2019 at SunTrust Park in Atlanta, GA. The Los Angeles Dodgers currently pennant favorites, but don’t tell these guys because they have other important matters to finish.

They are also regular people like you and me, and they like to play fantasy football. And maybe they have a little more money than you and me too. But that’s aside from the point. Every year leagues from all over have fun and creative ways of picking their draft order, and a friendly competition for the top spot is always welcome in my books.

While you may think that it had to be baseball related, many of the Los Angeles Dodgers players took the field to show off their golf talents. You heard that right, golf talents. The Dodgers had a closest to the pin competition to decide their first overall pick winner.

Cody Bellinger, who is usually known for his HR power, won it in incredible fashion.

And the view from the other side.

Rumor has it that Bellinger hit the ball off the right field wall and it rolled back to be the closest one to the pin hence the reactions of the players around.

Am I jealous that a professional sports team has a massive stadium to just play side games and enjoy life to the fullest, yes. Just one day I hope to do something even half as cool to chose my fantasy football draft order. I am done with the random drawing from a hat game.

Let’s just hope that Bellinger knows what to do with that first pick. If not I am sure we have some people around here that could help!
