Steve Ballmer is the owner of the Los Angeles Clippers and almost always sits court side during games. Tonight was no different, aside from the fact that Ballmer was rubbing down two people next to him during a timeout.

The internet is looking for an answer to why Ballmer was getting frisky with two people during a timeout.

What the hell is this man doing?! I get that he’s trying to calm his nerves and maybe just doesn’t know what to do with his hands, but man, do something else than rubbing down the two people you’re next to!

You can see the man on the left grab Ballmer’s arm to stop him from doing what he was doing. It was uncomfortable for me to watch. I could only imagine what the people it was happening to were thinking.
