Tavia Hunt Lashes Out Against ‘Big Tech’ For Efforts To Censor Content Amidst Donald Trump Controversy

Kansa City Chiefs Owner Clark Hunt’s wife, Tavia Hunt, is not happy with the censorship of Donald Trump and other conservatives over the past couple of days. Hunt took to social media to call out Apple for giving Parler, a social media app used pretty exclusively by conservatives, an ultimatum.

Apple has given Parler 24 hours to implement a moderation plan on its platform, or they will be unavailable on the app store. Tavia Hunt took to her Twitter to reveal her concern.

“We’re moving fast in the wrong direction. Big tech must be tamed. We need a civilized public discourse, fair competition, and free speech,” Hunt wrote.

Hunt went on to share her displeasure with someone who insinuated that the Chiefs fan base is racist.

“I also think it’s completely wrong of you (& maybe evil) to call the Chiefs fan base racist. We are a diverse group of all kinds of people with different values brought together by a common love for our football team. To paint such a broad accusation is unfair and wrong,” Hunt passionately wrote.
