Shirtless Man’s Proposal at Islanders Game Seemingly Gets Rejected

New York Islanders fans gave Nassau Coliseum a perfect farewell on Wednesday night, if this does end up being the end

If you’re going to propose in public, make sure she’s going to say yes.

A video of a New York Islanders fan proposing to his girlfriend is going viral, but not so much for the very public proposal, but more for her ripping his heart directly out of his chest in front of 17,000 people. Of course it’s always difficult to tell if these videos are fake or real, and this one is more of the same, you really don’t know what the hell is going on.

I don’t know. I can’t even tell anymore with these moments that get captured on the jumbotron. You be the judge:

Unfortunately teams planting actors to stage jumbotron videos are all too common these days.

The fact we don’t know what she actually said makes me think it’s 100 percent real. In a true fake proposal she would probably not have walked out. The cherry on top is that the Florida Panthers scored merely seconds after this moment and went on to defeat the Isles in their home-opener.

Tough night for Islander fans.
