During the parade, Rams defensive star Aaron Donald, who also was considering retiring, stepped up to the microphone to address the crowd.
McVay stole a different microphone and had a message for Donald. “Run it back,” the head coach shouted .
“RUN IT BACK! RUN IT BACK!”

It didn’t feel likely that both Sean McVay and Aaron Donald were going to retire in their primes.
This is a good sign that both will be ready to repeat come next season.
