Let’s not ride?

It’s been an absolutely terrible season for NFL Quarterback Russell Wilson, to say the least, and it somehow got even worse on Monday with a 19-16 overtime loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. But we know that Russell Wilson likes to end his postgame meetings with reporters with a phrase, whether it was “Go Hawks!” when he was on the Seattle Seahawks or a “Broncos Country, let’s ride” even it it it’s kind of cringe. So would Russell say after another terrible loss for the Broncos, who had such high expectations heading into this year after the trade for Wilson?

Russell finally stopped the whole act, and opted against trying to make his signature catch phrase a thing.

Watch below:

Russell Wilson was 15 of 28 for 188 yards and a touchdown for the Broncos (2-4), who dropped a game in overtime for the second straight week.

“We felt like we could have won the game, and then we had the fluke play at the end. It didn’t work out, but everybody is together,” Wilson said.

It’s going to be a long season for Russ. Let’s ride!
