Russell Wilson Reportedly Trying To Get Antonio Brown To Seattle

According to a report, the animosity between Antonio Brown and the Buccaneers started long before his tantrum during the Jets game Sunday

Is Russell Wilson trying to take a page out of Tom Brady’s book?

The Seattle Seahawks quarterback has reportedly been fed up with his organization, and was even rumored to be available via trade throughout this offseason. While neither Wilson or the Seahawks have come out to say that he will remain in Seattle, it seems like it’s going that way.

So what can the Seahawks do to ensure Russell Wilson will be happy in Seattle? Giving him more of a say in the roster would be a start. According to reports, Wilson has one guy in mind who would drastically improve the Seahawks’ offense. Antonio Brown.

ESPN’s John Clayton went on 93.7 The Fan in Pittsburgh and revealed that Wilson was lobbying to get Antonio Brown to Seattle.

While Russ might want to get AB, it seems like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are doing everything they can to keep him with Tom Brady next season.

It’ll be interesting to see if Seattle ends up granting Russell Wilson’s wish and giving him a seat at the table when it comes to the team’s decision-making process. If that means bringing Antonio Brown for a meeting, you’d think they have to do it.

Without Russell Wilson, the Seahawks are nothing. It’s time they start to embrace that fact, and do everything in their power to keep him invested.
