It appears as though we’re going to have another offseason filled with Russell Wilson trade rumors.

After the whole spectacle that was last offseason, it was reported last week that Russ was doing his due-diligence on teams in the QB market — keeping his options open for a potential trade.

Today, it was leaked that Russell Wilson is leaving the door open to joining the Washington Commanders next season.

However, through all the rumors, Russell Wilson wasn’t shy about showing love to the Seahawks.

When the team tweeted out a picture of him from the Pro Bowl last weekend, the future Hall of Famer reacted with a heart emoji.

Through all the rumors from the past two seasons, Russell Wilson has maintained that he would like to retire with the Seattle Seahawks (even if reports indicate the opposite).

He’s given so much of himself to the Seahawks organization and city of Seattle that it’s hard to really picture him in another uniform. But with the Seahawks roster appearing to be reaching a point of turnover, Russ might be losing patience with the entire operation.

Russell Wilson isn’t used to missing the playoffs, and we’ll see how much loyalty he shows when being courted by potential trade suitors this offseason.
