Rumors Of Sean McVay Leaving Rams For TV Begin To Swirl

Rumors of Sean McVay leaving the Los Angeles Rams to sign on for more money as an Amazon broadcaster begins to swirl all over the web

They say everyone has a price tag. But what would it actually take to pry Sean McVay from the sidelines to a TV booth?

Despite the long-shot odds, reports began swirling on Thursday that Amazon and some other television networks looking to fill TV roles might try to lure McVay away from the Rams by offering him a hefty salary boost.

“Though Rams head coach Sean McVay has said he will continue on the sidelines this year, Amazon could make a serious run at him, according to sources,” writes Andrew Marchand of the New York Post.

Fans reacted to the news that Sean McVay is being poached by Amazon for a huge pay day.

Of course, Sean McVay would likely make more money doing TV. And perhaps that’ll be enough to sway the young, offensive guru.

But at the end of the day, I think McVay simply loves putting everything he has into coaching too much to just up and walk away before the age of 40.

At the very least, all this buzz will help Sean McVay when he’s negotiating a massive contract extension over the Summer.
