Ron Rivera Seething Over Report that Dan Snyder Chose Carson Wentz to be Commanders QB: ‘Bull [expletive]’

Ron Rivera isn’t mincing words.

The Washington Commanders coach seemingly threw his QB, Carson Wentz, under the bus before Thursday’s win over the Chicago Bears. Following the Washington Commanders beating the Bears in a 12-7 victory on Thursday Night Football, he was asked about the ESPN report about team owner an Snyder, which included talk that it was Snyder who chose to have the struggling Carson Wentz join the squad.

Let’s just say Rivera was pissed.

“Everybody keeps want to say, I didn’t want anything to do with Carson. Well bull[expletive]. I’m the [expletive] guy that pulled out the sheets of paper, that looked at the analytics, that watched the tape when we were at Indianapolis, OK? And that’s what pisses me off, cause the young man doesn’t deserve to have that all the time.”

As you can see above, WARNING: NSFW language ahead:

Washington Commanders quarterback Carson Wentz has been plagued by inconsistent play throughout his NFL career.

Evidence of this inconsistency can be seen throughout this season, as the 7th year signal caller has posted three 300+ yard outings through five games, but committing seven turnovers throughout the process.
