Robbie Ray And His Tight Pants Getting Trashed As The Yankees Tee’d Off

Blue Jay pitcher Robbie Ray was heavily trolled for throwing a dud against the Yankees on Thursday, and his pants were the butt of many of the jokes

Robbie Ray entered his start against the Yankees on Thursday night as the clear favorite to win the AL Cy Young Award.

But after being given a 2-1 lead early, Ray blew up, allowing a trio of Yankees to hit a home run in the sixth inning, including Aaron Judge’s second bomb of the day.

After getting pulled following the Gleyber Torres home run, Robbie Ray and his notoriously tight pants were getting trashed on social media.

Robbie Ray wasn’t the only Cy Young candidate who had a bad showing in the Yanks-Blue Jays series.

Yankees ace Gerrit Cole was touched up by the Jays on Tuesday, which was basically the nail in the coffin for his chances to bring home the award this season.

I think Cole will settle for taking his fortunes to the postseason. While Robbie Ray is going to need some help from his teammates if the Blue Jays are going to slip into the final Wild Card spot.
