Ricky Rubio doesn’t appear to be very happy to be headed to the Thunder. He was traded today in the blockbuster deal that sent Chris Paul to the Suns.
Here was the full trade.
The deal is reportedly Chris Paul and Abdel Nader for Kelly Oubre, Ricky Rubio, Ty Jerome, Jalen Lecque and a 2022 first-rounder. https://t.co/auPtt7tr11

“What a business,” Rubio writes.
While the Suns and their fans have a lot to be excited about, Ricky Rubio is on the opposite end of that spectrum. He will now head to a Thunder team that is likely heading for a rebuild. Who knows though, the Thunder organization has been surprisingly competitive in years past.
I mean, nobody expected them to be a playoff team last year. This could be an opportunity for Ricky Rubio to showcase his talent for a bigger fan base.
Keep your head up, Ricky Rubio.
