It looked like Earl Thomas would have some time to prepare for the media after he issued a vague message about an altercation with his wife:

And, spurred on by Earl Thomas’ video, TMZ released their report earlier than expected. And it is a WILD one:

TMZ Sports – NFL star Earl Thomas is lucky to be alive after cops say his wife held a loaded gun less than a foot from his head … after she allegedly caught him cheating with another woman.

It’s all spelled out in court documents obtained by TMZ Sports … detailing a violent April 13 altercation involving the Baltimore Ravens player, Nina Thomas and several other people.

Nina says she used Earl’s Snapchat account to track his location to a nearby Airbnb rental home … and says she called up two other women to help her confront Earl at the pad. Nina also claims she grabbed Earl’s pistol, a 9mm Berreta, in the process with the intention to “scare him.”

When the women arrived at the house, they “discovered Earl and [Earl’s brother] Seth naked in bed with other women.”
That’s when Nina admits she pulled out the gun and put it to Earl’s head — stating “that she took out the magazine thinking that the gun could not fire.” But, cops say Nina was “unaware that the gun had a round in the chamber.”In an interview with Earl’s alleged mistress at the scene, she claimed Nina also threatened her and the other woman in the house — pointing the gun at them and yelling “I got something for all you hoes!”
I got something for all you hoes indeed. Obviously Earl Thomas isn’t thrilled to have all this out there but that’s the nature of the beast when group sex parties end in gunplay and visits from police. And I think we can all talk about the elephant of the room in the situation: This occured on April 13th and it is the very opposite of social distancing. Earl and his brother Seth, at least two other women involved in the adult group activities, Nina Thomas, and two of her friends? That sounds like seven people. Even if two cops were on the scene, we should safely nestle under the CDC’s recommended maximum of 10.

But the nature of the allegations, including holding a gun to someone’s head and breaking up a quadrant of folks in bed? Does that sound like six feet of distance to you? And does it sound like anyone wore masks to prevent the spread of dangerous viruses?

Personal business and adult activities aside, we can only all get through this pandemic together. Some would say the spread of COVID-19 is a gun to all of our heads, without the upside of having enough people to play a round of golf prior to orgies. I’m glad everyone left the situation safely and I hope their family can recover from it. But hopefully we all can now recognize that the alleged disrespect for the sanctity of marriage wasn’t the only breach of social contracts that fateful evening.
