Rajon Rondo could be in some trouble.

According to TMZ, the newest member of the Atlanta Hawks is being sued by a woman after she claims to have suffered injuries during a parking lot dispute with Rondo and his girlfriend. Toktam Jorshari, the woman who filed the suit, says that Rondo shoved her very hard during the fight, and that she suffered serious injury.

Jorshari says Rondo’s push “was so violent and forceful that [Jorshari’s] sandal shoe flew off her foot and her keys which she held in her hand flew out of her hand and broke into two pieces when the key fell onto the ground.”

Jorshari lives in the same apartment complex as Rondo’s girlfriend. She claims the fight started when Rondo parked his car in the lot’s handicap spot despite not having the placard. Jorshari then claims that she part in an adjacent spot, not realizing she was blocking Rondo’s car, to which he replied, “”Bitch, why do you think you can park here?”

According to Jorshari, it was Rondo’s girlfriend that did most of the damage, repeatedly striking her while she was on the ground, but it was Rondo who gave her the ‘green light’ to act violently.

We’ll see if anything ends up coming out of this story. Rondo is currently preparing to lead a young Atlanta Hawks team.
