The battle of vaccinated players versus non vaccinated players wages on, and once again the NFL is punishing those who have yet to get the vaccine. This week four Buffalo Bills players were sent home after they came in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19. The person who contracted COVID also was vaccinated, but that didn’t matter, the players are forced to stay away for five days as a result.
Bills players Cole Beasley, Gabriel Davis, defensive tackles Vernon Butler and Star Lotulelei are the players who were sent home, and you guessed it, none of them have chosen to get the vaccine.
Rachel Bush, wife of Bills player Jordan Poyer, was none too pleased with the decision to punish the players.
She took to Twitter to voice her opinion:

I don’t want to point fingers at the staff member either..he/she had no choice, they had to keep their job. It’s the rules that need to be addressed and changed because the vaccinated are putting others at risk. It’s very clear now.

It’s simple enough, if you don’t get the vaccine you’re going to have to jump through a lot more hoops. It’s about what’s best for the team, not one individual player.
