New Orleans Pelicans point guard Lonzo Ball appears to be a pretty hot commodity on the trade market. According to sources, the Bulls and Hawks are prepared to make a run at the athletic Ball. The Bulls have even been rumored to offer New Orleans Lauri Markkanen in the deal.
So when New Orleans ruled Lonzo Ball out tonight, fans were skeptical.

Lonzo Ball is averaging 14.2 PPG to go along with 5.6 assists and 4.2 rebounds on the season. Perhaps the most enticing thing about Lonzo’s game is his ability to lock up opposing guards on the defensive side of the court.
It remains to be seen if Lonzo Ball has actually been traded tonight (probably not) but it certainly appears that a move could be coming soon.
