It has been anything but an ideal start to the season for Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs. And the star quarterback’s fiancee, Brittany Matthews, is fed up.

During the Sunday Night Football loss to the Bills, Matthews took to social media to share her problems with the officiating crew.

Immediately, fans swarmed Brittany Matthews comments section to tell her that Patrick Mahomes has been getting favorable calls his whole career.

Brittany Matthews came back with some response to all the hate she was getting about the critical post.

For Patrick Mahomes, the refs are the furthest thing from the issue right now.

Despite being clear Super Bowl favorites coming into the season, Kansas City has sputtered out of the gate. After the loss to the Bills, the Chiefs now sit at 2-3, in last place in the AFC West.

While Patrick Mahomes is clearly not the team’s problem, the quarterback was no where near as dominant as he can be in the last couple of games, making some uncharacteristic misses to receivers.

I doubt there will be much panic from Patrick Mahomes after just five games. But the Chiefs need to right the ship, and fast, or this season could start to get away from them.
