Patrick Mahomes’ Fiancee, Brittany Matthews, Had A Problem With The Refs And ESPN During Super Bowl LV

A lot was made about the matchup between Patrick Mahomes and Tom Brady for Sunday night’s Super Bowl. In the end, it was the GOAT Tom Brady who got the upper hand against the man that many are deeming to be “baby GOAT”. While Patrick Mahomes has a long way to go until he reaches the same status as Tom Brady, he has made some strides. Tonight was a step back.

Mahomes was constantly under pressure against a tough Tampa defensive front, and he never really found his groove in the game. While many were quick to troll Patrick Mahomes, his fiancee, Brittany Matthews, was very fast to come to his aid.

First, Matthews was against the officiating during the Super Bowl.

Brittany Matthews also didn’t like how ESPN was portraying Patrick Mahomes throughout his rough outing tonight.

Many looked at this Super Bowl as a passing of the torch. Brady was going to be exposed against Mahomes and a Chiefs team that was looking like they were poised to become the next dynasty in the NFL. Only problem? Brady wasn’t ready to pass that torch to Mahomes quite yet.

Luckily for Patrick Mahomes, he isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. He’ll continue to be a contender in the NFL for a long time, and Brittany Matthews will be there every step of the way.

Tonight, they’ll need to take a back seat to Brady and the Bucs, though.
