NFL Rumored to be Forcing Daniel Snyder to Sell the Washington Football Team

The Washington Football Team has had a tumultuous last few years. Not only was the controversy surrounding their nickname a huge issue, there has also been tons of turmoil in the front office. It all starts with Washington Football Team Owner Daniel Snyder. The NFL has been investigating the Football Team for workplace misconduct for quite some time, and according to a report, the NFL wants Snyder to sell. A story that was published in the Washington Post back in July detailed sexual harassment allegations against five former employees of the then-Redskins.

A DC radio station claims they recently obtained information from the NFL’s roughly 130-page report on the investigation into the Football Team.

According to Mike Jones of USA Today Sports, the information from “The Sports Junkies” is inaccurate.

“Absolutely false,” the spokesperson said. “We have received no such report.”

Pretty sure no one would be upset at the NFL headquarters if Snyder sold the team. Rumors have suggested that Jeff Bezos is trying to buy an NFL franchise, so maybe that’s going on behind the scenes.

Get her done Bezos!
