NFL Insider Offers Unexpected Potential Trade Destination For Aaron Rodgers

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is dominating headlines on Draft Day after a bombshell report by Adam Schefter says that Rodgers told his front office that he would like to be traded. It was even reported that Rodgers has a three-team ‘wish list’ of places he would like to be traded to.

The three teams on Rodgers’ list is the Raiders, Broncos, and 49ers. But one NFL insider has another team in mind that could be a fit for the reigning NFL MVP.

“Saints for me make for interesting potential trade partner for Green Bay to me,” CBS Sports insider Jason La Canfora said on Twitter. “A 1, a 2, [Michael] Thomas or [Marshon] Lattimore and an OL.”

I still have a hard time believing the Packers will actually trade Aaron Rodgers. But ya never know.

You would think the Packers will do anything and everything to mend the shattered relationship with their franchise quarterback.

With Aaron Rodgers under center, the Packers are a contender next season. Without him, and they’re most likely in trouble.
