NFL Fans Are Reminded About The Snubbing Of Eric Bieniemy After He Was Linked To The USC Job

According to a report, Chiefs OC Eric Bieniemy may take a coordinator job elsewhere with his contract with Kansas City set to expire

Would Eric Bieniemy make the transition to college football for the USC opening?

When Clay Helton was fired earlier in the week, Bieniemy wasn’t mentioned among the initial lists of potential candidates for USC. But after the dust settled, Adam Schefter reported that there was a wide belief that USC would consider the Chiefs OC.

Shortly after Adam Schefter dropped the bomb about Eric Bieniemy and USC, the NFL community was quick to mention that Bieniemy should already be the head coach of an NFL team.

Last offseason, Eric Bieniemy wasn’t highly sought after by NFL teams looking for a new coach, which led to much criticism from Andy Reid and fans all over the league.

But low key, USC might be a better job than getting a chance to be a head coach of a terrible NFL organization.

You’d be in LA, recruiting is easy, the job is high paying, and you’re running one of the biggest programs in the country.

I’d personally love to see Eric Bieniemy get a shot at USC.
