Nate Diaz Went On An Expletive-Laden Rant On “Sportscenter” Ahead Of His Weekend Bout With Leon Edwards

UFC veteran Nate Diaz went on a full expletive-laden rant against anyone who doubts he can beat Leon Edwards this weekend

UFC veteran Nate Diaz will make his return to The Octagon this weekend, which means you have to expect that he’s going to come for all of his haters’ throats all throughout the week.

Sure enough, Diaz had an appearance on “Sportscenter” earlier in the week, and he made sure to lash out at anyone who doubts his chances against Leon Edwards.

He was asked about other fighters saying he doesn’t have much of a chance against Edwards.

“Well that’s been my whole career is shit like that.” Nate Diaz explained via Total Pro Sports. “If any of the fighters.. to all the fighters out there saying anything about me if it’s not positive then just shut the fuck up and fuck you. That’s what I think about you. And umm, that’s how my whole career has gone and been and if you ain’t got nothing nice to say then don’t say shit at all. Because that’s how I work anyways. If I don’t got nothing nice to say I keep my predictions to myself. To all those guys saying about me losing, they’re not sh*t themselves.”

Nate Diaz doesn’t lack any confidence, that’s for sure.

Leon Edwards certainly poses a tall task for the veteran Diaz. Edwards has won each of his past nine fights, and appears to be a top contender in the 170-pound division. As for Diaz, he has lost two of his past three fights, but hasn’t fought since losing to Jorge Masvidal in 2019.

Nate Diaz has admitted that what Leon Edwards has been able to do if impressive. But he’s still ready to get the job done.

“It’s good to be in action and be able to handle business like I like to do.” Diaz said. “I’m looking forward to getting the job done. Just get it done, however it’s going to happen it’s going to happen … He knows how to win and he knows how to get it done, so it’s going to be a serious, but not serious fight. I gotta kill the motherf*cker.”
