You remember Miles Bridges right? You know, the Charlotte Hornets forward who was the 12th overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft?

Well, I am hereby proposing the theory that Sunday is Miles Bridges’ favorite day of the week.

The slew of Miles Bridges highlights from today’s win over the Boston Celtics got going early in the second quarter with this nasty flush off a slick feed from Devonte’ Graham.

That was far from the last we saw from Bridges on this day.

Next stop: the dying second of the third quarter. Bridges intercepted a horrendous pass by Marcus Smart and raced the other way in search of one final shot.

If you know, you know.

Not only did that 3-ball beat the quarter buzzer but it sent the Hornets into triple figures on the scoreboard with a full quarter of basketball left to play.

And shoot, you already know that Bridges tacked on another highlight in the final frame.

GET THAT GARBAGE OUTTA HERE JAYLEN BROWN!!

Hornets pull off a massive win over the Celtics, 125-104. Miles Bridges stuffed both the highlight reel and stat sheet full, finishing with 20 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists and the block seen above. Have a day, Miles!

So back to my theory from earlier about Miles Bridges and Sundays…

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen the 23-year-old show out on the seventh day of the week. He only had what SHOULD be the dunk of the year award winner on a Sunday two weeks ago.

Don’t tell me you millennials with no attention span already forgot about this one!

Sorry Clint Capela, it just had to be run back.

Bridges has been dropping some major throwdowns on several teams in recent weeks. But when it comes to Miles Bridges highlights, Sunday games have been by far the most fruitful.

I rest my case.
