Michael Jordan Reportedly Wants Russell Westbrook on the Hornets

Is Russ going to Charlotte? ?Russell Westbrook apparently wants to go back to being Russell Westbrook. Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle reported that part of Westbrook’s displeasure with the Houston Rockets stems from a desire to “be himself” on the floor.

Could Westbrook be allowed to be himself in Charlotte?

Apparently Charlotte Hornets owner Michael Jordan is a huge fan of Westbrook, and wants him on his team.

Russ is already on Team Jordan,  so this would be a natural fit.  Let Russ be Russ,  and compliment some players around him. If Westbrook is allowed to do whatever he wants,  he’ll take a team to the playoffs.

The MJ effect will also be very good for him.
