Mesut Ozil Gloating Over Tottenham’s Carling Cup Failure

Once a Gunner, you must have to hate everything Tottenham. Even till now, Mesut Ozil is no exception.

Tottenham faced Manchester City in the final of the Carabao Cup yesterday, and came off second best, so the trophy cabinet remains empty for the Lily Whites.

Mesut was so pleased he couldn’t resist a dig at his former club’s bitter rivals lol.

Okay, this hate is just so collosal. You can feel it really is. We know Ozil had a chequered relationship with Arsenal, and even a very bad one just before he cut ties, but this was one place he’s always going to stand with them.

The North London rivalry is as old as time itself, over 100 years. Nothing’s sweeter for the fans of either side of the divide than seeing their rival club suffer a misfortune such like this. You can say it is just the same for the players, ex or current.
