Oklahoma Sooners head coach Lincoln Riley was trending for an unfortunate reason over the weekend. As many prominent athletes and coaches took to social media to send happy Easter wishes to all of their fans, Riley joined the party, posting a brisket he made for his family.

I gotta admit, some of these responses are pretty damn funny.

Lincoln Riley is a southern boy, coming from a small panhandle town in Texas named Muleshoe…you would think he would know his way around BBQ. I guess not, though. That brisket looks dry as hell.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the trolls hang onto this one throughout the college football season. Lincoln Riley hasn’t heard the end of it.
