The Las Vegas Raiders have officially found their next head coach after hiring former New England Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels.

The Las Vegas Raiders had one of the most hectic years after off-field issues forced the team to cut both of their 2020 first round picks in Henry Ruggs III and Damon Arnette.

The Raiders were also forced to move on from head coach Jon Gruden after homophobic and misogynistic comments were dug up in past emails.

Josh McDaniels won 5 Super Bowls with the New England Patriots and had a short two year stint in Denver.

McDaniels went 11-17 in his two years as a head coach.

The Raiders somehow still managed to go 10-7 this year even with so many issues off the field. The team is looking to build off of their early momentum in Las Vegas after moving over from Oakland two years ago.
