LaMelo Ball is already planting roots in Charlotte. LaMelo has bought a condo from a very familiar face in Charlotte. Cam Newton reportedly sold his pad to LaMelo Ball. Newton purchased the condo in 2012 for $1.6 million. LaMelo purchased the ex-Carolina Panthers QB’s former home for nearly $3 million, per Panthers beat reporter Sheena Quick.

He now lives in the very same building as Michael Jordan
