Kyle Lowry might be on the move very soon.

The Toronto Raptors point guard is in the final year of his $31 million contract extension he signed with the team in 2019, but there has been a lot of speculation that he’ll be finishing up his season elsewhere. Amid the trade rumors, Kyle Lowry has reportedly put his Toronto home up for sale.

Kyle Lowry would be a good fit on a lot of teams. The veteran guard has proven that he can still score the basketball. On the year, Lowry is averaging 17 points, 6.7 assists, and 5.7 rebounds per game.

Prior to the season, Raptors president Masai Ujiri spoke on Kyle Lowry’s future with the team.

“That boy is grand, man. I don’t want to push his retirement,” Ujiri said of Lowry . “I will say this of Kyle, he’s been incredibly respectful to the organization, and we will have that same incredible respect to Kyle anytime. Every day. There’s no doubt about that.”

It isn’t exactly surprising that Lowry’s name has been tossed around in trade talks. The Raptors are a disappointing 11-13 on the season, and in eighth place in the Eastern Conference. If Lowry’s real estate move is any indication, he won’t be around too much longer. The sale could also just mean that Lowry won’t be signing another extension with the Raptors after this season.

No matter what happens, it has been one hell of a run for Kyle Lowry in Toronto.
