Kirk Herbstreit Shares Message To Todd McShay Following Ominous Health Announcement

College football analyst Kirk Herbstreit correctly ripped youth football coaches after a dangerous and meaningless drill went viral

Kirk Herbstreit has Todd McShay’s back.

Following a concerning segment over the weekend, McShay announced on Tuesday that he was taking an indefinite leave from ESPN to focus on his health and family.

Shortly after Todd McShay made his announcement, Kirk Herbstreit took to social media to share a supportive message to his friend and colleague.

“Our guy. We’re ALL thinking about you Todd and all 100% in your corner,” Herbstreit said on Twitter. “Let us know how we can ever help. Get well brother.”

Kirk Herbstreit and Todd McShay both shared their worrisome bouts with COVID to all college football fans last season. But it’s not currently known whether or not that’s where McShay’s health concerns stem from.

The talented sideline reporter has had some concerning moments in the past, but nothing compares to what fans saw last weekend when announcers panned to McShay for a seemingly easy segment on an Alabama offensive lineman.

While we have no idea what could be going on with McShay, it’s clearly something serious.

We’re all pulling for a speedy recovery for Todd McShay.
