You need money to make money, and Kevin Durant knows how to invest that money he’s made. Brooklyn Nets star Kevin Durant was one of the investors who cashed in bigtime on the Coinbase IPO. Through their investment company Thirty Five Ventures, Durant and his business partner Rich Kleiman invested in Coinbase all the way back in 2017.
Coinbase now has now has a valuation that is 53 times higher than it was when Durant invested.

Durant has invested in around 50 startups.
Some of the more well known ones are Acorns, stock trading platform Robinhood, esports organization Andbox, and cloud data management firm Rubric.
