Josh Gordon Not Allowed to Play or Practice Following Setback in his Battle with Substance Abuse

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Josh Gordon continues to struggle with substance abuse. Following being put on the Seahawks active roster, and possibly only days away from seeing the field,  Gordon is not allowed to play or practice with the team indefinitely. Apparently he had a setback in his battle with substance abuse.

This broke the terms of his conditional reinstatement, NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reported.

Gordon was conditionally reinstated on Dec. 3rd.

The troubled receivers reinstatement came following an indefinite suspension back in Dec 2019 for violating the NFL substance policies.

This is Gordon’s fifth suspension of his career.

Might be time for him to call it a career, and get his life in order.
