UFC commentator and podcast host, Joe Rogan, never seems to leave the spotlight.

Earlier this week, someone put together a series of clips where Joe Rogan is using the n-word in them from past videos.

Rogan took to social media late Friday night, early Saturday morning to voice his apology for saying the word and how it clearly does not look good on him.

Here is the video put together:

As you can see, they do seem like older videos and are no doubt taken out of context, but that’s not exactly the point here. Everyone who has ever listened to Joe Rogan knows that he really doesn’t have a filter. I don’t think he meant any hard using the word, but that is not here, nor there. Everyone knows the disrespect that word entails.

Here was the video Rogan sent out in response to the scenes.

Rogan opens up by stating that this is the most regretful and shameful thing he has had to talk about publicly. He also went on to say ow many of those clips were taken out of context and how a lot of times he used that word he was quoting something else and that it wasn’t necessarily him just using the word.

Rogan also stated that he is well aware now that it is not his word to use. He stated that he didn’t use the word to be racist because he is not racist.

Rogan acknowledged that he has said some pretty dumb stuff on his podcasts in episodes past and has had to delete some episodes because of it.

No doubt more and more episodes may surface in the coming weeks as Rogan appears to be continuously under attack by the media and by people who don’t like his ways or beliefs.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Spotify meticulously go through all of his work this week and see what sort of changes they may need to make going forward.

Rogan is known for his ability to speak his mind as most of his followers and fans will see this a merely something he said in the past.
