MLB Writer Jeff Passan Completely Obliterates Troll In His Comments Section

ESPN MLB insider Jeff Passan is trending after putting MLB commissioner Rob Manfred, owners in a bodybag over the current lockout

ESPN MLB writer Jeff Passan knows how to handle a troll.

On Tuesday night, Passan was reporting on Zack Scott, the Mets GM who was arrested for a DUI early Tuesday morning. When Passan made mention that Scott was attending a fundraiser held by team owner Steve Cohen earlier in the night of the arrest, a guy stepped in to question the relevance, as well as Passans’ reporting methods.

When Dave Wohl dropped his comment, Jeff Passan had the perfect response waiting.

Sure enough, the Jeff Passan response got under the troll’s skin.

Wikipedia was also quick to take note of the murder Jeff Passan just committed.

I think the lesson learned here is to never go into Jeff Passan’s comment section looking for trouble.

As for the DUI arrest, it appears as though Zack Scott had attended a gathering at Steve Cohen’s well before the officers found him in the wee hours of Tuesday morning asleep in his car.
