Houston Rockets superstar James Harden still wants out of Houston. He reportedly has listed four teams he’s willing to play for. The Nets, Sixers, Bucks and Heat. As the season rapidly approaches, Harden’s future with the Rockets is still up in the air. Now we’re learning NBA league sources have him ending up in Philly.
However the report does indicate the Rockets are not planning on trading Harden.

The Rockets insist (for now) they will not trade Harden. The Sixers insist (for now) they will not trade Ben Simmons
But sources say the familiarity between the front offices can ultimately defuse any lingering tension from Daryl Morey's departure from Houston to Philadelphia

People are getting brainwashed into thinking Ben for Harden = a title and Ben for Harden is better business for Philadelphia
These trades historically favor teams who dump the older guy

If they trade simmons for harden they'll regret that and ill be done with them. Ben is 24, harden is older, never in great shape. He has a couple elite years left… Ben has nowhere to go but up.

Stop putting out this garbage
My man @dmorey and Elton Brand know they’re facing prison time if they trade Simmons for Harden
It’s not happening

Who are the sources? Why does the media want Harden out of Houston. He has the best team ever and he is at Rockets camp. No team has confirmed interest trading for Harden and Harden has not stated publicly that he wants to be traded. Go bother Gianni and Kawhi with trades.

Sounds like the Rockets are content on keeping Harden, even though he clearly wants out. We’ll see what happens as the season approaches. Harden is undergoing a series of COVID-19 tests required by the NBA. Once he’s clear on that front, he’ll be able to join his teammates.
But which teammates is the big question?
