Jameis Winston lead the New Orleans Saints to a massive week 1 win 38 – 3  against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.

Winston was able to win the QB battle in camp against Taysom Hill after Drew Brees retired this off-season. He has always been known for his interesting ways, including his famous pre-game huddles. Well today, he gave quite the hilarious post-game interview.

When asked how the defense and running game give overall shape to how this game played out, Winston said this:

“My trainer said, wait, what did he say, he just told us to be prepared.”

Jameis Winston is definitely a National Treasure and should be forever protected.

Winston only threw for 148 yards but had 5 touchdowns and added 6 rushes for 37 yards. The Saints offence looked great with Winston under center and looks to build momentum in a week 2 match up with the 1-0 Carolina Panthers.
