Giancarlo Stanton and the New York Yankees are the hottest team in all of baseball right now.

En route to their seventh consecutive win on Thursday night, Stanton hit a screaming missile out to right field for an insurance run late in the game.

Shortly after the Giancarlo Stanton home run, fans were quick to point out that it drilled a kid right in the head.

The best part about the whole thing was that the kid appeared to be perfectly fine.

Fans swarmed social media with jokes about the kid who got hit squarely in the top of the head by the Giancarlo Stanton line drive bomb.

There must be something really special going on in the Bronx for that boy to shake off that ball like he got a scratch during recess.

Giancarlo Stanton needs to somehow find that kid, take a picture, sign a ball, do whatever he wants, because that takes some serious toughness to shake that one off.

In all seriousness, let’s all hope that the kid was legitimately unfazed by taking the ball off the head.

Luckily, it appears to be some sort of freak luck that he’s ok.
