Thank goodness Charissa Thompson is still here to share.

Charissa Thompson is lucky to be alive after being involved in a car crash. The FOX NFL Kickoff host shared on her Instagram story that she survived a recent care accident after another person made an illegal left turn. The turn destroyed both of their vehicles but luckily no one was injured. Charissa then went on to thank Mercedes Benz for saving her life, as she felt like she might not have survived in another car.

See the photos below:

Charissa Thompson is a busy woman this fall, she’s continuing to fulfill her duties at Fox Sports, hosting on game days, but she is also hosting the pregame and halftime coverage of Amazon’s Thursday night football.

The longtime sports reporter recently got divorced from her husband, Kyle Thousand. Thompson and the sports agent got married during the pandemic.

Via the Blast:

“According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the Fox’s NFL Kickoff host filed for divorce from her husband — Kyle Thousand. The dissolution of marriage was filed on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, and cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.

Thousand is a sports agent, who appears to work with several high-profile athletes.”

Charissa dodged a bullet, hopefully she doesn’t have any PTSD from her crash.
