It’s been reported that Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson wants out of Seattle, again.

Russ would consider waiving his no-trade clause following this season’s end for only three teams. The list included the New York Giants, New Orleans Saints or Denver Broncos. The report came from Sports Reporter Jordan Schultz.

A former Seahawks quarterback decided to get in on it, and refuted the story.

Former NFL QB Jake Heaps chimed in:

“Not real. This is a sign of how chaotic the next five weeks will be with reports about the state of the Seahawks from every angle,” former quarterback Jake Heaps said. A fan then brought up the fact that Wilson’s agent released a list of teams during the offseason showing what team’s he’d accept a trade to.

“Zero disrespect to Jordan Shultz but Wilson and his camp would not use Shultz to express his frustrations or what he wants for his future,” Heaps responded.

Someone from Russ’s camp may be leaking these stories, but it could be just a phony source too.

There’s far more misinformation than correct information these days.
