NFL Lineman are some of the biggest dudes on the planet. They need to stay large in order to be great at their jobs. Orlando Franklin played seven seasons in the NFL as an interior lineman from 2011-17 for the Denver Broncos, San Diego Chargers and Washington. He was listed at 6-foot-6 and 315 pounds. This week he published updated photos of himself on Twitter.
He didn’t list his new weight more than three years post-retirement. But there’s no way he’s even close to 300 pounds anymore.

Hopefully the weight loss allows these guys to live out the rest of their lives comfortably.
