Fan Takes Out Cyclist in Brutal Collision Near Finish Line

A cyclist is feeling a little bit of road rash today after he was involved in a crash towards the finish line with a spectator. The crash lead to both slamming their heads on the concrete.

Police are said to be investigating.

See the crash below:

The two ended up in the hospital after the untimely crash.

“Emergency services have reported that the cyclist suffered a moderate head injury and had to be taken to hospital for routine observation, while the woman has been transferred to Tenerife due to the severity of her injuries.”

Not sure why there are zero barriers between spectators and cyclists.

It all seems like one big accident waiting to happen. This time it really did happen.

Just watching that crash gives me CTE.
