Fan Fight: Padres and Phillies Fans Brawl in Street Outside of Petco

Philadelphia Phillies superstar Bryce Harper hinted at taking his talents to Japan amid the MLB lockout and impending cancellation of regular season games

It’s playoff time, which means it’s time to fight for a World Series.

The Philadelphia Phillies almost stole two straight games from the Padres in San Diego but couldn’t get the job done in Game 2 last night, blowing an early 4-0 lead before eventually losing the game 8-5. The home team’s victory did nothing to keep thing copasetic outside of Petco Park after the game, though. Several San Diego Padres and Philadelphia Phillies fans were spotted brawling in the street after leaving the stadium.

Nice of that rickshaw guy to post up in the middle of the intersection and watch the train wreck. There’s probably more fights that cell phones don’t capture.

Fortunately it didn’t seem like anyone got seriously hurt.

But the fan fight epidemic is getting totally out of hand.
