“F-k Ben Simmons” Chant Breaks Out At Professional Wrestling Event In Philly

Clutch Sports CEO Rich Paul called on the 76ers to respect Ben Simmons' mental health after the point guard continues to say he's not ready to play

Ben Simmons is public enemy #1 in the one sports where you really don’t want that label: Philadelphia.

Simmons has heard the hatred from his fan base, and it seems like part of the reason why he’s intent on holding out from the team for the entire season if he isn’t traded.

Even if Philly fans hated Ben Simmons after his abysmal postseason performance, the animosity has seemingly grown since the whole trade request was made public.

So much so, that during an AEW wrestling even in the city today, a “f-k Ben Simmons” chant broke out among the Philly faithful.

With the NBA season around the corner, Ben Simmons has still not budged from his trade demand. Even after Joel Embiid offered to come bury the hatchet, and Doc Rivers publicly said he hoped the point guard would return, Simmons has continued his hiatus.

Simmons doesn’t want to return to Philly, and the Philly fans sure as hell don’t want him to stay on with the team.

It seems like Daryl Morey is going to have to find a trade suitor for Ben Simmons. It’s just a matter of who will take a chance on the disgruntled guard.
