Get your popcorn ready for all the drama surrounding Ben Simmons and Philly if he isn’t traded soon.

On Monday, the disgruntled point guard was trending after wearing sweatpants and looking completely disinterested during his first practice with the team.

On Tuesday, it was more of the same for Ben Simmons at Sixers practice. And Doc Rivers had enough.

According to multiple different reports, Rivers kicked Simmons out of practice, and the team followed up by suspending Ben Simmons for “conduct detrimental to the team”.

After Doc Rivers sounded critical of Ben Simmons following the Game 7 loss to the Hawks last year, he actually publicly lobbied for Simmons to return, saying he feels he can win a championship with Simmons as his point guard.

But it appears that some bad blood has boiled over. Rivers reportedly swore at Simmons about what was going to be expected of him when he finally arrived to the team. And now, they’re getting into it at practice.

It’s only been two days that Ben Simmons has been with Doc Rivers and the Sixers. You’d have to think this all gets worse before it’s said and done.
