Deshaun Watson Reportedly Drawing Interest Fom Three Teams Amid Scandal

A new report suggests when the probe into sexual assault against Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson will finish

Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson is currently battling over 20 cases of sexual assault against him after a bunch of massage therapists say he took advantage of them.

Prior to the allegations, Watson had demanded to be traded by the Texans. While the trade talks have died down since the lawsuits began to arise, there are reportedly still a few teams interested in the star quarterback.

According to Fansided’s Matt Lombardo, Watson is currently drawing interest from three teams: The Las Vegas Raiders, Miami Dolphins, and Washington Football Team.

All these teams have a starting quarterback in place, but are keeping the option open to upgrading with Deshaun Watson. The Football Team signed Ryan Fitzpatrick, Derek Carr remains with Vegas, and the Dolphins appear comfortable (enough) to move forward with Tua Tagovailoa as their QB.

Deshaun Watson would obviously be a step up from any of those guys, but his status for the upcoming season amid all the allegations remains unclear.

If Deshaun Watson does play football this season, it’ll most likely be for a team that isn’t the Houston Texans.
